Greens Adobo
  • 3 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 5 cups chopped ORGANIC greens freshly ground black pepper to taste (mustard greens, spinach, kale, chard or bitimin na for example)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • freshly ground black pepper
In a wok stir fry the garlic pieces in the oil until golden.  Remove with a slotted spoon and reserve.  Add the greens to the wok and toss over high heat until wilted. Turn off the heat.  Stir in the soy sauce and vinegar and grind some pepper on top.  Return the fried garlic pieces and toss them in.  Eat right away.
