Shiitake Mushroom Extravaganza Weekend!
A smashing success.
The crew inoculated almost 400 logs and had a great time doing it.

If you missed it this year...there's always next year. Come and learn what is involved in growing shiitake mushrooms! This is a work party weekend with a goal of innoculating 400+ shiitake logs.
Wear your work clothes, we provide food and drink for all. Please call to let us know you plan to come and help.
